Payment
A £30 non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking to guarantee the tour date.
Balance of payment is due:
- 1-2 day tours – 15 days before start of tour
- 3+ day tours – 28 days before start of tour

- Wire transfer or BACS payment from your bank account to my bank account in Pound Sterling (contact us for full bank details)
- Pay Pal
- Mail a personal cheque drawn on a US bank in US $ made payable to Anna Troiano and send to 54 Traps Lane, New Malden, Surrey, KT3 4SE
- International money order (available from your local post office) payable to Anna Troiano
Cancellation Charges
1-2 day tours
Over 14 days notice: Full refund less £30 admin charge
2-13 days: 50% of agreed fee
Less than 48 hours : 100% of agreed fee
3+ day tours
Over 28 days notice: Full refund less £30 admin charge
28-3 days : 50% of agreed fee
Less than 48 hours: 100% of agreed fee
Terms & Conditions
Divine Tours will do its utmost to cover the full itinerary of the tour as specified. However, Divine Tours cannot take responsibility for unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, such as major traffic hold-ups or short-notice closure of attractions, which may require changes to the programme at the last minute.
Please don’t smoke in the car.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
No responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage of customer’s personal property.
The car is fully insured and has a valid Public Carriage Office licence.
Holiday cancellation, medical and other travel insurance must be arranged prior to the start of the tour.
Prices
Prices include parking and bottled water, but do not include any entrance fees to sites and meals.
If you wish to stay overnight at any of the above places, please ask for a quote.
